1. What this service is

Instant Creator Pro ("we", "us") is a website at instantcreatorpro.shop that uses AI to score hooks and generate marketing copy such as hooks, captions, keywords and titles. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. Accounts

Some features require a free account. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity that happens under your account. You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to create an account. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt to bypass limits, or use it for unlawful purposes.

3. Free use and credits

The hook scorer is free. Visitors get a limited free preview each day, and new accounts receive 5 free credits. Credits do not expire and have no cash value. Free usage is rate-limited to keep the service available for everyone.

4. Paid plans

• 24-Hour Pass — $1.99 one-time. Grants unlimited full generations for 24 hours from purchase. It is a single payment and does not renew automatically. Passes stack if you buy more than one.
• Unlimited Pro — $4.99 per month. A recurring subscription billed monthly until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account page and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout. We may change prices for future purchases, but never for a pass or billing period you have already paid for.

5. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card details. Because access to the generated content is delivered instantly, purchases are generally non-refundable once used. If the service failed, charged you in error, or did not work as described, email support@instantcreatorpro.shop within 14 days and we will review and refund where fair. Nothing here limits refund rights you have under your local consumer law.

6. Your content and the output

You keep ownership of anything you enter. Output you generate is yours to use for any lawful purpose, including commercial and client work, with no attribution required. AI output is not unique to you — similar text may be produced for others. You are responsible for reviewing output before you publish it, including checking any claims it makes.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the service to create unlawful, hateful, harassing, deceptive or sexually explicit content involving minors, to infringe others' rights, to resell or systematically scrape our output, or to interfere with the site's operation or security.

8. Availability and disclaimers

The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific results, views, engagement, sales or rankings from using the output. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Changes and contact
