Question 1

Does the $1.99 24-hour pass renew automatically?

Accepted Answer

No. The 24-hour pass is a strict one-time payment. Nothing is stored for future billing and it simply expires after 24 hours. Buy another one only if you want to.

Question 2

Can I cancel Unlimited Pro at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Cancel in one click from your account page. You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are never billed again after that.

Question 3

Do my free credits expire?

Accepted Answer

Never. Every new account starts with 5 free credits and they stay on your account until you use them. You can also claim a free bonus credit each day by finding the daily spark hidden on the site.

Question 4

Can I use the hooks, captions and titles for client or commercial work?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Anything you generate is yours to use however you like, including for clients, brand deals, paid ads and monetised channels. No attribution required.

Question 5

Do I need an account to try it?

Accepted Answer

No. The hook scorer is free with no sign-up, and every visitor gets a free preview each day. An account is only needed to collect free credits and to unlock full results.

Question 6

How do I get a receipt or support?
