1. Who we are

Instant Creator Pro operates the website instantcreatorpro.shop. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it. Contact us any time at support@instantcreatorpro.shop.

2. What we collect

• Account details. Your email address and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile information Google returns. Passwords are stored hashed by our authentication provider — we never see them.
• What you generate. The topic or hook you enter and the output produced, so your history and credits work correctly.
• Abuse prevention. A one-way hashed version of your IP address, used only to enforce free-usage limits. We do not store your raw IP address for this purpose.
• Basic usage events. Anonymous counts of page visits and steps in the signup or checkout flow, so we can see what works. These are not tied to advertising profiles.
• Payment records. Your subscription status and purchase identifiers. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never reach our servers.

3. Why we use it

To run your account, deliver what you paid for, prevent abuse of the free tier, provide support, meet legal and tax obligations, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your data to train our own AI models.

4. Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to operate the site: our hosting and database provider, Stripe for payments, and the AI provider that generates the output. Text you submit is sent to the AI provider to produce your result. We may also disclose information where required by law.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and to remember a referral link or an unfinished generation. We do not run third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Keeping and deleting data

We keep account and generation data while your account is active. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Email us and we will delete your account and associated data, usually within 30 days.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may request a copy of your data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, or restriction of how we use it. Email support@instantcreatorpro.shop and we will respond within 30 days. The service is not intended for children under 13.
